Leandro, the explorer

A personalised illustration for an elder brother

This is another work on commission of the series "Illustrations for babies and their nursery": Leandro, a custom designed illustration for an energetic kid. I made a pair of framed portraits for two little brothers, Leandro is a three-years-old boy who became the elder brother of the newborn Diego. Both the pictures were framed with the same white wooden frame. The painting is designed for a dynamic child who nature and exploring the colourful wilderness. Here he is portrayed while he rides a triceratops through the prehistoric jungle and volcanic fields. The boy's name is embedded in the illustration, the tropical plants of the primitive forest carry the seven letters of L E A N D R O. [2018]
