Claudio, the little diver

A personalised illustration for an elder brother

For the series "Illustrations for babies and their nursery": Claudio, a custom designed illustration for a little diver. I made a pair of framed portraits for two little brothers, Claudio is a toddler who became the elder brother of the newborn Cesare. The painting is designed for a child who loves the sea and here he is exploring the colourful underwater. The blue background colour of the water matches the blue interstellar space of the younger brother's picture, they both were framed with a white wooden frame. The boy's name is embedded in the illustration, a shoal of coloured fishes carries the seven letters of C L A U D I O. [2017]
